With concern for people

"Red October" conducts socially oriented policy towards its personnel. Long practice of working collective functioning showed that good final results were achieved by employees who had no social problems and thanks to that people's thoughts and intentions were only directed towards work. Proceeding from this postulate a definite portion of internal funds of the Company are invested in social sphere, that is:

  • medical and health improvement center is actively developing including an outpatient department, a health protection division and a preventorium for medical treatment and recreation in Peredelkino; the number of medical services rendered is increased, their quality is improved as well;

  • the Company finances stomatologic services rendered to employees by a medical company "Toothfilled" (100% of therapy and 50 % of prosthetics);

  • a nursery school is functioning, and in summer children go on vacation to country houses in the vicinity of Moscow;

  • a system for employees feeding is being constantly improved, two-shift hot meal has been arranged for the personnel, system of snack bars is functioning, baking of bread and pizza has been organized;

  • the Company grants financial aid to its employees for purchase of housing accommodation;

  • extension of short-term interest-free loans to employees is being practiced;

  • all employees enjoy the right to buy privileged passes (including the whole family) to sanatoria for a period of annual leave;

  • the Company pays monthly pension to pensioners who retired directly from the factory; an extra-budgetary pension fund was established which accumulates resources allocated by the factory every month;

  • a factory museum is functioning and developing; along with free excursions (for employees) commercial excursions are organized for those who wish to get acquainted with the factory history.
